Remind the users they have IE and how to use it.  Give them flash plugins
and a list of cool-looking sites.  Presto!  Instant high bandwidth
utilization.  Just sit back and get the stat counters once in a while. =)

For some reason it seems like the popularity of surfing porn sites at
work has gone down in the past couple of years ... Pity since every time a
user opens one of those it pops up 19 other windows full of graphics.
