Locale (last q)

Hello,

AFAIK there is no support for locale cr*p (/usr/share/locale, LC_CTYPE
etc.), right?

Will you (obsd team) plan to change it? Theo has told that the code is not
pretty, but it was 3y ago and I think it could change...

BTW: I badly need LC_CTYPE and obsd is my #1. Och aye, you know, it's a
problem :-)
