This is a bit confusing, especially since you were not specific at all in
what you are wanting to do.

Short answer, no not really.  If it's SSH I guess you could require a key
and personally put in the client system, but that isn't going to stop
someone from copying the key.

If it's HTTP I suppose you could write some kind of CGI wrapper program to
check for browser version and type before displaying the real page.

Perhaps you would like to be more specific?
