Some options that first come into mind:
1) mark such ports as something like
BROKEN="Please download and install these ports by yourself, they don't
fit into our ports system any more"
2) make the ports interactive and warn the user sufficiently about
the slashpackage issue
3) hack and patch the slashpackage issues away
OpenBSD can't distribute binaries of daemontools in any case, so I
think 1) or 2) wouldn't be much an issue.
