here's a replacement for the current fxtv port marked broken. it fixes
notably MPEG encoding and paths.

known issues -

    - it is impossible to multiplex MPEG-3 audio (mplex segfaults).
    - only 44.1k and 22k 16-bit signed LSB audio can be encoded.
    - only few resolutions (320x240, 640x480) can be YUV-captured.
    - `Device 3' input is broken.

i suggest 320x240 4/4/12 scale (the default) to encode mpeg with good
fullscreen quality. the mpeg_encode param template is in fxtv_cnvt.sh.

FXTV - Display and capture for Brooktree-based cards

FXTV provides TV-in-a-window and image/audio/video capture capabilities
for Brooktree-based tuner/capture cards through the Brooktree video
capture driver, bktr(4). It can take advantage of direct video and DGA.
FXTV can perform video and audio capture, and run a script to assemble
captured data into an audio/video MPEG stream.

please test and commit.
