new port: x11/gkrellkam

In the wake of Joshua Stein and Aaron Campbell (and using much of their
work) I have a new port for you to test: x11/gkrellkam

from pkg/DESCR:
A GKrellM plugin which displays user configured images.
Good sources of images are web cams and the like.

the port can be found at:

http://danimal.org/openbsd/gkrellkam-port.tar.gz        

Please test and report or commit.
