Does anyone know the best command string for Mutt when using Qmail ? I
keep getting seg faults when trying to send with an error of "Invalid
option Sendmail -R". The docs for qmail-inject and mutt aren't
completely clear on how to set up muttrc to successfully send via
qmail-inject. And a related topic, do I even need
postfix/procmail/maildrop ? qmail-local seems to be delivering the mail
to the correct Maildir directory in the users home directory, and it
also seems that mutt doesn't see the subdirectories that
qmail/maildirmake creates as Maildir.
