Last  time  I  checked  thease where in default install with very
good examples. I used them on 2.6 and had a bit to  good  success
when I added ORBS RBL. However it did very nice with MAPS RBL and
some other checks against the NS records.

If I had the need I would use it again with ORBS Inputs, MAPS DUL
and MAPS RBL.
