Does OpenBSD implements Ipchains?
no
Does the kernel needs to be recompiled?
Depends
It's the same procedure as for linux?
no
Included outside the Packages dir, is there everyhing I am going
to need in order to make the system work smooth or am I going to need
something
that IS
everything you need is in the ports tree.
I suggest you ready the faq and www.openbsd.org
