Scott Long wrote: It's your standard tactic of, "hey everyone, so-and-so isn't meeting mydemands on my timeline, so here's his email adress! Go and mailbomb him!" Theo has NEVER told anyone to mailbomb the contacts. What he has done is given us, existing and possible future customers, a point of contact where we can make our voice heard. If your job is to talk to customers you cant whine about said customers trying to have a dialogue with you and making their opinions known. Ifit annoys you to such an extent that you start blocking and bouncing their email you should probably change job since you're in no way fit to be in a customer relations position. --- Lars Hansson |
